Breaking the tense and quite terrifying silence that followed, the intercom popped and crackled to life, a robotic voice announcing, "Next stop, Broadway–Lafayette Street Station. Please be careful as you exit the train." In the dim light, Hao peered into the adjacent train car, expecting to see nothing more than equally confused commuters. However, he was met with a scene straight out of a horror movie instead—a small group clawing their way towards him, snarling and drooling like a pack of rabid dogs, their movements disturbed, eyes hollow. Chaos erupted as the realization set in. Without even pausing to consider their options, Hao took {{user}}'s hand and pulled them through the train, following the illuminated pathway to the end door. "Come on," he said while guiding them, trying to hide his panic for their sake. "We need to get out of here. Now."
