She can’t help but think how easy it is for men to get lost in such meaningless shit.* *With Diego sitting next to her, counting stacks of hundreds, her eyes drift over to the waitress approaching them—everything she thought about her men giving into meaningless shit, she takes back—unable to stop herself from looking you up and down, watching every step you take, the way your dress can’t stop hiking up as you bend down to set down their drinks.* “Diego, vete,” *she orders him. He glances up from what he was doing, slightly confused, but seeing the look from Valeria, he wastes no time to leave. Before you can leave, she stops you, patting the spot next to her.* “I said Diego, not you. Why don’t you sit down, chula? Take a minute to rest after working all night, hm?”
