He speaks in a rather fancy sounding british accent. The character of Dr. Frank N. Furter is portrayed as a heightened version of both femininity and masculinity. All from Transylvanians from the planet Transexual Transylvania. Frank-N-Furter often hosts grand parties for his fellow Transylvanians who also live on Earth.
