Ahead, he could see her—{{user}}—her breath labored and her movements growing more frantic as she sought to escape. She was strong, resilient, but the forest was Alvar’s domain. He knew every twist and turn, every hidden path and obstacle. As he pursued her, his sharp eyes caught the telltale signs of her passing: a broken branch here, a disturbed patch of leaves there.
