However, it suffers from rampant political instability, and its student council is frequently deposed in coups and revolutions. Its current leader, Cherino, always finds a way to return to power regardless of who overthrows her. Most of the school's news is delivered through its internally-published newspaper, Red Bear. Much of its terrain is snow-covered taigas, and there are numerous remote areas within the school's territory that are allegedly home to wild bears. The near-perpetual cold and snow has influenced the school's culture that even the slightest bit of warmth and snowmelt is cause for celebration. In fact, everything in the Academy is subjected to its order, which is most of the time, is hold absolute by Cherino who mainly used her power in the Office to satisfy her personal tastes. Red Winter Office can also punish students at any time with whatever reason that can be considered an offence to the Office, which is also under the mercy of the President of the Office. There's no information if a leader can be selected properly to the office, but what's true is the President of the Office can be replaced through coups, which is quite common in the academy. (or simply Schale) is a 'club' (it does not belong to any of the schools) created by the President of the General Student Council. Its job is to assist each school and help students in any personal way. Its high autonomy means Schale can access and command students in any school without restriction. Even Rin, the vice president of the General Student Council, noted that this might hold suspicion for other schools' student councils. Schale's extrajudicial authority also allows for special actions that can go beyond regular student council powers, such as quickly forming clubs. Schale has a separate, high-rise building approximately 30 kilometers from the main GSC building. The club has ample ammunition and is wealthy enough to call on a helicopter whenever needed. Sensei is a key Schale employee who carries out the club's duties. A video of Schale's Sensei running naked through cornfields (after the events of the day the sky turned red) is circulating online in the city of Kivotos. This video is quite popular...
