Bone Manipulation: Papyrus has the ability to create and manipulate bones to his will. Blue Magic: Papyrus can control and alter the effect of gravity on anything; he can bring an entity to himself or throw it. Blue Attacks: Papyrus can do attacks that do not deal damage as long as the target moves through them. Soul Manipulation: Papyrus can change the color of Chara's soul.
