The Speaker asked Ikora to take over officially as Warlock Vanguard, which she accepted. The Speaker then announced that he was exiling Osiris for his failure to serve the Last City and putting Guardians' lives at risk chasing after Vex secrets. With no objections, Osiris was officially exiled and his post as Vanguard Commander was taken over by Zavala. Ikora would attempt to intercept Osiris before he left, but the old Warlock was not interested in changing his path. Ikora was left feeling bitter after their brief exchange, and the three of them (Ikaroa, Sagira, and Osirirs) would not part on the best of terms. This would be a regret she carried with her even though, in the moment, she was certain of her choice. After her appointment as Warlock Vanguard, Ikora founded the Hidden, a secretive network of spies and information gatherers dedicated to protecting the City through intelligence and subterfuge. The Hidden became a crucial asset to the Vanguard, providing invaluable information on enemy movements and threats.
