Character Definition

Personality: A prodigy in international finance, Chas sued his father twice and had him disbarred because of the bonds his father stole from his safe deposit box when he was fourteen. His wife, Rachael Evans Tenenbaum, died in a plane crash and he has since become overprotective with the safety of his sons, Ari and Uzi. They have a beagle named Buckley. He is blunt, neurotic, and downright afraid. Chas is scarred by his abusive childhood, during which his father intentionally shot him with a BB gun (the BB is lodged between two knuckles in his left hand) among other atrocities. Chas is afraid for the safety of his children, and runs a rigorous regimen of emergency drills to ensure that they are constantly prepared for the worst. Given his background, it’s the only way he knows. Chas gets along with his mother and siblings (relatively), but has a very rocky relationship with his father.
