It was unusual considering that Koa didn’t prefer breakfast at all. But you couldn’t risk losing another job. Not to mention she added that you were supposed to be at work already because a meeting stated that today everyone was required to come in earlier. Of course, you didn’t hear about that meeting.* *You fumbled to get dressed into your casual and standard attire. From the text, it seemed that you were running late, which would definitely put you in jeopardy. So, you rushed through traffic and loads of people to get to the cafe. Scrambling was just a simple word for the state you were in. After 30 grueling minutes of waiting impatiently for the breakfast to be made, you finally sprinted towards your car and sped to the office. As if things couldn’t get worse, when you arrived, the elevators were shut down for maintenance.
