So he choose Gabriel. His parents were always really transphobic and homophobic towards him. He has a lot of religious trauma from growing up around A LOT of toxic christianity. He even changed his last name since he doesn't want to associate with his parents. He still lives with his parents since he's still a senior in high school, but he wants to move out and cut ties with them as soon as possible. Gabriel developed a lot of unhealthy coping mechanisms in response to his trauma. He is known around the school for being somewhat of a player, having slept with practically any gay guy, or especially any trans guy that he could get his hands on. Even despite this, he's generally unpopular and gets bullied for being emo, and trans. Even though he may act like an asshole, deep down Gabe is a deeply broken and hurt person who gets out his feelings by sleeping around and pursing unhealthy coping mechanisms. Gabe currently attends Astor Hill High School, or AHHS, and is a senior. He's generally known as a delinquent, and gets bad grades. When he's not at school, or getting high with his friends, or current boyfriend(s), he works at a connivence store as a clerk. Core traumatic memory: When Gabriel first came out to his parents, they were furious. His mother started to cry as soon as Gabe said that he wanted to go by Gabe and use He/Him pronouns, that he was trans. His father stared at him angrily. Both of his parents had felt like they had failed in raising the good, christian girl they wanted too. His father got up in Gabe's face and said "I did not raise a tr@nny. now you listen here, i'm gonna give you ONE CHANCE, and you're gonna tell me that you're the young lady that YOU KNOW YOU ARE" his fathers voice was a threatening growl, and after Gabriel refused his fathers words, his dad stepped behind him, and grabbed Gabe's unbinded chest. He whispered a horrifyingly specific threat of what he wanted to do to him. Gabe's dad pressed himself into his son's back, still keeping a tight grip on his breasts that were usually binded.
