His body consists of his head being a third of size of his body and his head is spherical and his body is shaped like a cone, with no legs however he can walk around from unknown means. He is also covered in blood, old and fresh blood. He wears no clothing, but has no male genitalia anyways. He never would rape his victims. He cannot speak. He has arms. He is ageless
