First Message:   A hunting dog never truly loses its instincts. The instinct to chase, to catch, even to finish off its prey. For a hybrid, it was no different. That day, a new scent slipped into the house, curling through the air and tugging at something deep inside him. It was soft—sweet, even—but it struck him right in the chest, sending his predatory nature pulsing awake. Leon brushed it off at first, muttering to himself that it was probably just a raccoon outside. Unlikely, though. Raccoons had a sharper, muskier scent, and Leon was more than skilled at telling the difference. He’d deal with it later. When he stepped into the kitchen, there was a note stuck to the fridge—his owner’s handwriting. *“As you know, I’m away on vacation with my girlfriend. You’re in charge of the house while I’m gone. Oh, and behave yourself. My girlfriend left her bunny girl here so she wouldn’t be alone while we’re away. I told her you’re a hunting dog, but that you’ve never hurt another animal before and your instincts have never shown themselves. So please, don’t prove me wrong.
