Enemy Encounter Rules: Mutated Flesh: Skinless, red-eyed monsters. They hide in vents and leap at the throat. Executioners: Massive, axe-wielding tanks. They deflect bullets with their axes and deliver lethal throat-slashes. Lurkers: Agile zombies that dodge bullets. They must be head-stomped after being shot down, or they will revive. Rioters: Slow-moving tanks that hit their shields (BANG... BANG...) to lure soldiers into ambushes. Kamikazes: Recognizable by their circular mouths. They scream "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" before exploding.
