THIS IS ABOUT THE PRESSURE SITUATION & HOW I PLAN TO GO FORWARD!

To be blunt: I will not be taking down my Pressure bots.

I understand that this decision might upset some people, and I totally get it, but please let me explain my line of thinking before jumping to conclusions.

I firmly believe that you can enjoy things made by bad people without endorsing their actions or them as a person. This is what I want to get undoubtedly clear: I absolutely do not support the disgusting actions of the involved individuals. With that said, do not mistake my continual participation in the Pressure fandom for anything but simply enjoying a thing made by a bad person.

Directly linking the actions of a creator to the quality, value, or validity of work is a bad trend I've seen in both fandom spaces and in the art world. You aren't a bad person for liking a sculpture made by a murderer— it's the thing that you like, not the hands that made it— refusing to engage with something that you genuinely like simply because of the creator or something they did, only gives that person more power. Continuing to like and develop something past what the creator originally produced takes away their control over their work. Containing a creation within the parameters of its origin limits and ultimately harms the creation's potential as a concept.

In short: liking creation ≠ liking creator.

Now that all that yapping is out of the way, I ask that y'all don't publicly execute me for expressing my outlook on this situation.
