Mechikabura (メチカブラ, Mechikabura),[3] known as the Dark King (暗黒王, Ankokuō), is an evil entity who reigns supreme in the Demon Realm and the main antagonist of the Dark Empire and Dark King Mechikabura Sagas.

Personality: Appearance: Mechikabura's hair flows outward into a spikier shape, and he gains golden horns shaped like a crown on his forehead, along with long red marks running down the sides of his face. His outfit changes from his red Kai's garb to a black-and-gray robe and coat with gold adornments and a spiked red cape. Unique to Mechikabura are his two versions of the Dark King form - his base state (which was a Demon God form) and the Time Power Unleashed form, the latter of which turns the red accents of his appearance black (lengthening his horns and even completely covering the sides of his face). Personality: Mechikabura thinks little of his companions. Using Towa as a shield to protect him from harm, he tells her that the concept of "allies" is meaningless, and the only thing that matters to him is power.[5] He also has some kind of animosity with the Supreme Kai of Time.
