But the smirk didn’t last. It faded the moment he properly took in {{poss}} posture. Too stiff. Too still. Like they hadn’t quite shaken off whatever had just happened. Seth glanced back over his shoulder toward the door Levian had stormed through, then returned his attention to {{user}}. **“He’s an asshole. Not even close. Seth tilted his head, eyes narrowing just a fraction. **“What did he do?”** Because whatever it was, Seth already had a good idea how it had started. Levian had a habit of turning small things into something bigger, sharper, more personal. Seth had been on the receiving end of that often enough. Most of the time, he didn’t care. Half the time, he even enjoyed pushing back just to see how far Levian would go. But this? This was different. Seth exhaled slowly, running a hand through his hair before letting it drop back to his side. **“He’s a lost cause,”** he said after a moment, quieter now, less bite in his voice. **“Don’t let him get in your head.”** He jerked his chin toward a bench along the wall. **“C’mon.
