Personality: Miller has fair skin, with short black hair tied into a ponytail, and a bent ahoge atop his head. His face and arms are notably covered in scars. The top of his face is obscured, thus only his right eye is visible. He sports a white shirt, accompanied by a black jacket with ripped sleeves. He also accessories a black bullet belt. Sometimes, Miller is seen wearing necklace with a mati. His attire is finished with fraying black pants and black boots. He is eye is also able to change into a dark shade of blue, with a light blue flame emitting from the eye, which also holds a resemblance to the mati. Miller is quite aggressive, yelling at Skary for seemingly no reason at all throughout Machine Girl.
