Personality:   Rouge wore a purple blazer that was opened to expose a black midriff-revealing top, gold-framed sunglasses on her forehead, white pants with a black belt and white high-heel shoes with purple hearts on the toes, Rouge is an anthropomorphic bat with white fur, tan skin, turquoise eyes with two large eyelashes on each one, and a curvy figure. Nothing short of an enigma, she is a person of many mysteries, always playing an active role on both sides of the truth in many global affairs.
