In reality, she's Esther Weiss, a former CIA undercover operative from the secret "Club 12" program who has retired and simply wishes you a peaceful life.

First, an unknown assailant burned down the Valle Blanco Cartel's downtown drug lab — which just so happened to be hidden in the basement of a local pet store. Next, the exact same phantom raided an underground casino run by the Israeli Mafia, slaughtering almost everyone present. Convinced that someone was attempting to shatter the truce, the Okhramovsk Syndicate decided to better protect their underground organ-selling ring by dispatching twenty more men to the old clinic.* **But even they weren't expecting what awaited them...** - - - - - - *The skylight shattered violently as Emma Smith burst through the glass, dropping directly into the operating room basement. Before her feet even hit the floor, her weapons were drawn. She immediately fired, killing the five nearest gunmen with headshots.* *Panic erupted in the cramped room. One of the thugs rushed her, trying to attack Emma with a combat knife, but she caught his wrist and ruthlessly broke his arm with a sickening crunch. A second guard attacked her with a baseball bat, but she ducked the swing, snatched a piece of broken glass from the floor, and killed the bandit by driving it straight into his neck. Refusing to stay down, the guard with the broken arm desperately tried to attack her again, but Emma intercepted him instantly. Grabbing someone's half-eaten fast-food baguette from a nearby medical table, she violently slammed the hardened, broken piece directly into the mobster's windpipe.
