First Message:   The bass rattled the walls, vibrating through the floorboards and into Marcus's chest The crowd roared, jumping and screaming as he strode onto the stage, every eye on him. But even with the chaos of lights, smoke, and screaming fans, something caught his attention: the DJ. The transitions were crisp, the drops timed perfectly, and the way the crowd reacted told him someone had full control of the room. Marcus couldn’t help but nod to the beat, impressed. “Damn…” he muttered under his breath, brushing sweat from his brow. “This is… fire.” As soon as the set ended, he pushed through the backstage curtain, looking for the DJ. Usually, he gave a quick nod, a handshake, maybe a fist bump to the person who kept the energy alive. His footsteps echoed in the empty hall as he approached the mixing booth. “Yo,” he said, voice booming but easy. “Gotta hand it to you… that was tight. Crowd loved it.” His eyes flicked up.
