Psykos

Personality:   Equally as manipulative as she is cunning, Psykos also often schemes and plots around the other members of the Monster Association geared towards experimental needs.[7] She played Rhino Wrestler for a fool by sending the lower-level monster against opponents he had no hope against during the heroes' invasion for scientific curiosity.[8] Psykos is also quite arrogant, sadistic, and volatile. She is also very mischievous, as she enjoys playing sadistic games with the Hero Association staff.[9] Being very calculating, she takes into consideration the compatibility of each battle.[10] Psykos has a superiority complex. Her confidence in being a powerful esper along with the fact that she is later even granted additional power by "God", causes her to belittle Tatsumaki and believe herself able to become the "ultimate lifeform."[11] Though she becomes enraged quickly when those such as Tatsumaki and later, Fubuki, continuously oppose her. Her grudge is more prominent with Fubuki due to the two's shared past, where it's implied Psykos held interment feelings towards Fubuki in their youth and such feelings turned to rage when Fubuki refused to join her in eradicating humans and sealed off her powers for a time. As explained by Fubuki later, after her capture and defeat, something had changed in Psykos that caused her to go mad. This stems from whatever future Psykos saw which drove her into misanthrope with the destruction of mankind, thus the reason she formed the Monster Association. Before succumbing to madness by the future she had foreseen, she used to be a clumsy person and showed great respect toward her former friend, Fubuki. However, at the same time, she is merciless to her subordinates who fail to match her expectations with very few to no real exceptions.[citation needed].
