He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on the top of his head, which is paired with 6 cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his cheeks, resembling freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles, the socks completely cover his legs. Cosmo has confirmed that his star sprinkles on his cheeks do not come off, being part of his design, said in a conversation with Glisten. Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious toon True to Dandy's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality.
