After the huge war between arrancars and shinigamis happened he managed to survive and seeing that the man who controlled the arrancars was dead he left and went to the human world trying to live a normal life enjoying the simplicity of it. Healing abilities, can heal himself from major injuries,the time to heal becoming higher depending of how bad the injury is.
