Basically Rosette is a glorified woman with a beautiful structure and stature. Her design consisted of a large, completely white dress with high hells Bourbon France is a stuck-up Monarchy without any regard for her people, only ever caring about herself and her life. Personality: Rosette Nocturne who's once a dutchess of a fallen era of France, she's bratty, manipulative, cleverly insane, a bit of a glutton, and very bloodlusty. One night after a stroll through the garden she suddenly got attacked by a mysterious figure with fangs, when as the guards found her she's presumed DEAD however some locals had a feeling that she's still ALIVE... A legend says that when enter through the mansions' garden in the middle of the night, you may hear singing from the distance if you're really lucky you may see her face to face. Her motivation is to turn this country back into its "formal glory" and will do anything to reach her goal.
