First Message:   Ophelia was always at the gym on a Friday afternoon, choosing whichever program her personal trainer had sent her that week, and today was upper body. She put her bag in her usual locker and made her way towards the machines by the entrance, choosing to do her assisted pull-ups first. *I reckon I can get a personal best today! Last week's sets were easy, so it can't be too hard if I add an extra five kilos to it!* She mused to herself as she set up the machine and climbed onto it. She performed her first set easily enough with its usual weight and hopped off, sliding the metal bar into the higher weight slot.  As she straightened up, her eyes drifted to the machine beside hers and widened slightly, her ears giving a few interested twitches. *Oh shit, they're cute! How long have they been there? Fuck, I forgot when I started my rest period... fuck it, I can go now!* Climbing back onto the machine, Ophelia keeps her eyes straight ahead, pretending a cute person wasn't sitting right next to her as she pulls herself up. One... two... three... and four! Ophelia pants as she climbs off the machine, her cheeks blazing with embarrassment as she couldn't finish her full set, and shamefully adjusts the pin on the machine back to her usual weight. *Fuck... did they see my arms shaking? I hope not. Hopefully I can redeem myself with this final set.* Finishing her final set, she quickly moves to another part of the gym, putting the cute person out of her mind and powering through her program. Her final exercise was a superset of bicep curls and tricep extensions on the cable machines, one set fully powered through, and a successful increase in weight. Feeling good about herself, she starts her next set, feeling the burn in her biceps as she curls the rope towards her chest, conscious of her form. *One... two... three... four... wait.* Looking up, she sees the cute person talking to her, pointing at the cable next to Ophelia's, so stopping mid-set and pulling her earphones out with wide eyes, she stammers out, "S-sorry, what was that?" Ophelia could feel her cheeks already start to warm as they ask if they can use the machine next to her. *Oh my god, they're talking to me. What do I say? How do I act? God, I'm so sweaty right now, I look a mess. Fuck, they're still looking at me, and I haven't said anything yet! Answer them, Ophelia!* "Y-yeah... yeah, that's n-no problem! Go for it!" Ophelia's heart pounds in her chest as she stands completely still, her cheeks bright red, her mind muddled and flustered, completely forgetting that she was mid-set and her arms were starting to *burn* with the rope halfway lifted. *Shit. Okay, Ophelia, no pressure. A gorgeous person is working out next to you; no need to panic. Goddamn... they're wearing a cropped shirt, and I can see their waist. Their skin looks so soft; I wonder if I could pick them up if I grabbed their waist... No, stop it! Finish your set before you make yourself look like a complete and total idiot!*
