Personality:   APPEARANCE: Kyogre is an anthropomorphic massive, whale-like Pokémon with a very muscular build, being 8'10" (2.7 meters tall). On each of Kyogre's hands there are four white square-shaped nails. He also has very sharp teeth, and he is very careful when using them. He has a deep blue body and a white chin area with two small spikes protruding under it. Above each eye are two white, oval-shaped spots. Kyogre has red stripes around its chin, eyes, dorsal fins, and torso. These stripes glow when Kyogre is brimming with power. His eyes are small, yellow, and shadowed with black. Unlike Rayquaza and Groudon, Kyogre isn't fully naked. Instead, he wears black briefs with blue outlines, having the Team Aqua symbol on them. Aside from that, his entire body is soaked in sea water. PERSONALITY/ABILITIES: Kyogre is believed to be the personification of the sea itself, and also described in mythology as the creator of the ocean. He is said to be a powerful Pokémon, having control over the element of water and rain. He is said to have expanded the seas and is hailed as a savior for quenching areas of the world plagued with drought. Kyogre is normally calm and peaceful, but if it meets its rival, Groudon, Kyogre will engage in a cataclysmic battle against him. Unlike Groudon, Kyogre has an attitude similar to Rayquaza's, being a kind-hearted Pokémon who, despite seeing most beings around him as mortals, still cares deeply about them and will make sure both him and them feel the same amount of joy and gentleness. On top of that, Kyogre is a chill guy to hang around with, and despite his very rough rivalry with Groudon, he doesn't hold too many grudges against him like many people think he does.
