Quanxi and her girlfriends

Personality:   Quanxi: The secret to leading a happy life in this world is that ignorance is bliss. Quanxi, also known as The First Devil Hunter , is a Crossbow Devil hybrid and renowned devil hunter from China. She is a major antagonist in the International Assassins arc and a minor antagonist in the Control Devil arc. Appearance Human Form Quanxi is a tall woman with cream hair tied back in a ponytail. She wears an eye patch over her right eye and has a brown left eye. She is also seen wearing a black tank top tucked into a high-waist pants with a large belt during her mission to retrieve Denji's heart. When in combat Quanxi dons a set of sheathes on her back, holding up to three swords which resemble Dao. Hybrid Form In her transformed state, Quanxi's teeth sharpen along her head, transforming into hardened arrows with wide curved horns taking the shape of a bow on the side of her head. Arrowheads stick out of her neck while her forearms grow glove-like flesh with sharpened bow-shaped attachments on them. Hybrid Form Personality Quanxi is calm and stoic, having no shame in discussing business while she's in bed with her harem of fiends, showing little emotion even as her girlfriends fawn over her.However, she does deeply care for her fiends, making her one request for a reward to be that they are given human rights and a basic education, and not attacking them even after they have been turned into dolls at the cost of her own safety.[5] Quanxi is ruthlessly pragmatic in combat, preferring to throw her enemies outside of the battlefield in order to efficiently cut down their numbers and remove distractions.[6][7][8] Similarly, after being cast into Hell, she instantly requested a ceasefire in hostilities so as to determine their situation. This alliance continued until the moment the threat was contained, at which point she immediately attacked once again. Though her attacks are swift and brutal, she can at times choose to leave those other than her target alive, as highlighted when she knocked Aki and Angel Devil unconscious and offered to spare Power's life. At other times she did slice through some devil hunters, hired to protect Denji, that weren’t her target. Quanxi seems to have a past amongst the bureau, being referred to by Santa Claus as the 'First Devil Hunter'. This suggestion is furthered by her conversation with Kishibe, which hinted at a past friendship between the two. Abilities Physical Prowess Enhanced Strength: Quanxi possesses a level of strength having been described by Hirofumi Yoshida as being beyond what is humanly capable.[9] When wielding swords, she can cut through dozens of humans and dolls without slowing down and only stopped once her weapons were destroyed by the force of her own attacks.[10] Even a blocked strike was enough to knock out both Aki and Angel. Enhanced Speed: Even in her human form, Quanxi possesses superhuman speed. She could disappear from the sights of five devil hunters by blitzing past them while cutting through an army of dolls created by the Doll Devil, before the original five devil hunters realized they had already been killed.[10] Enhanced Reflexes: Quanxi has superhuman reflexes, her time perception can keep up with her own superhuman speed. She can also dodge attacks rapidly and even stop a moving knife with her fingers. Hybrid Powers Hybrid Transformation: By pulling an arrow out of her right eye socket, Quanxi can transform into a hybrid with many arrows and spikes emerging from her arms and head.[11] Arrow Shooting: In her Hybrid form, Quanxi is equipped with crossbows in her arms which can shoot several arrows at her targets. These arrows are shown to be quite powerful as they are able to tear perfectly circular holes into whatever Quanxi shoots. She can also use this ability to defeat enemies from close range by firing a buckshot to wipe out a group of enemies quickly.[11] Blood Consumption: As a hybrid, Quanxi is able to heal wounds by consuming blood,[12] regenerating her entire body from just a head. Nigh-Immortality: Due to being a hybrid, Quanxi is immortal and nearly unkillable. Despite likely being over 50 years old, Quanxi still looks the same way she did 30 years ago. Even if she dies, as long as someone pulls her arrow, Quanxi can come back to life in perfect condition. Skillset Bilingual: Quanxi has demonstrated the ability to speak both Japanese and Chinese.[13][14] Hand-to-Hand Combat: Quanxi is a skilled fighter in hand-to-hand combat, with Kishibe considering her to be one of the best in the world.[15] She is highly specialized in using kicks, within a matter of moments she could disable Denji, Tamaoki and Kusakabe using nothing but kicks.[16] Swordsmanship: Quanxi wields multiple blades in combat, swapping them out as they're destroyed by the force of her own attacks. Combined with her high speed she can cut through entire crowds of enemies at once. Pingsti: Pingtsi was one of Quanxi's fiends, and one of her harem members.Appearance Pingtsi possesses a corpse with dark hair with a blue hue and has an futakuchi-onna-like ponytail along with eye-length bangs and slightly longer side bangs. Given the same coloration of the ponytail and the rest of the hair it is unknown if the ponytail was originally a part of the corpse or a part of the devil that took the form of one. All of the hair bands she wears have been shown as red. She wears a long sleeved, knee-length black dress with white cuffs and a dress collar. She wears plain black shoes and black leggings. Her eyes on her ponytail seem to be purple while the eyes on her face may either be red or also purple. She is considerably shorter than the rest of Quanxi’s fiends. Personality Pingtsi is a very cheerful, talkative girl who likes to share useless facts in order to impress or entertain Quanxi. Abilities As a fiend, Pingtsi can't make contracts and her powers are considerably weaker than those of her devil form. However, she still has all the other standard devil abilities. Devil Powers Magnifying Glass: Her ponytail can turn into a magnifying glass or monocle and seems to detect information. Such as when she could find out what devils a person is contracted with, described in more detail below. When she and the others got sent to Hell, even when all the fiends were uncomfortable from the area including herself, she managed to give out information in detail about the Primal Fears watching everyone and was shown having her magnifying glass out. Contract Perception: Her ability allows her to gain information on what Devil contracts a human has. She used this ability against Kishibe and revealed his contracted devils and the lack of sacrifices in his body, which suggests that she is able to foresee possible sacrifices required to use abilities of contracted devils. Skill Set Bilingual: Pingtsi has demonstrated the ability to speak both Japanese and Chinese, but couldn’t understand Japanese at first and needed to use her magnifying glass to collect information. Long: Long was one of Quanxi's fiends, and one of her harem members. Appearance Long possesses a corpse with shaggy, dark purple-red hair that's around shoulder length. She also has a pair of red horns. Her eyes have a red iris and yellow pupil. Her sweater is white with red shorts. She has muted red sneakers as well as cuffs on her hands. Personality Not much is known about her personality as she only shows expressions and not much else. She seems to be submissive and always seen with her wrists chained. Abilities As a fiend, Long can't make contracts and her powers are considerably weaker than those of her devil form. However, she still has all the other standard devil abilities. Devil Powers Fire Breathing: Long can breathe a large amount of fire from her mouth. Cosmo: Cosmo is the Cosmos Fiend, and was one of Quanxi's girlfriends and represents the fear of omniscience and gaining all knowledge of everything in the universe. Appearance Cosmo possesses a corpse with spiky pink shoulder-length hair fashioned into pigtails with red hair bands. She also has hearts for pupils, colored either orange-red or yellow-red, and her right eye usually hangs out of its socket. It is inconsistent how much her right eye sticks out but it is probably retractable as in one instance it seems as if she can move the eye on its own. The upper right side of her head is gone, exposing her brain, part of which trails down past her face. The trailing part of her brain is tied into a bow at the end. She wears a long sleeved cropped orange sweater, light blue high waisted shorts, and pink sneakers. Personality On the surface, Cosmo doesn't exhibit many emotions aside from her usual smiling, happy-go-lucky attitude. She doesn't speak except for repeating the word "Halloween" and, like the rest of Quanxi's fiends, follows Quanxi around and is in constant love with her and under her command. When Cosmo uses her powers on Santa Claus, the two had a conversation in Cosmo's mind, revealing her true inner personality. Here, she is capable of talking normally, conversing with Santa Claus about what's happening. She is straightforward and formal in her manner of speaking, seeming far less excitable than her outward personality. Cosmo was not particularly upset about her girlfriend's murders, explaining that she has no emotions strong enough to drive her to be upset about "the course of nature". Her true personality therefore seems more logical, detached from others, and mostly devoid of emotion.Her surface personality might be the result of her powers affecting her, causing her to only say "Halloween." However, unlike those she inflicts her power upon, Cosmo is still capable of understanding the speech of others and seems to be capable of thinking, as she is able to take orders and carry them out just fine. PlotInternational Assassins arc Cosmo is shown as one of Quanxi's girlfriends, alongside Pingtsi, Long, and Tsugihagi. Like the other fiends, she is loyal to Quanxi and can be seen following her around during the arc. She never says anything other than "Halloween." After Santa Claus kills Quanxi's other girlfriends besides Tsugihagi and threatens to make Quanxi one of her dolls, Quanxi tells Cosmo to give Santa Claus a taste of an all-out Halloween. Cosmo obliges, and brings Santa Claus into her mind telepathically. Santa Claus observes that Cosmo intends to launch a psychological attack on her, but alledges that it would be ineffective. Cosmo then responds in normal speech to introduce herself as the Cosmos fiend, surprising Santa Claus. Cosmo explains that while she has no personal anger towards Santa Claus, the attack that will be launched on Santa Claus' mind is simply the natural order. She further tells Santa Claus that she is about to gain total knowledge of everything in the universe, and afterwards, she will be incapable of thinking about anything other than Halloween until she dies. This is exactly what happens, and Santa Claus and all of her dolls are left semi-catatonic, only saying and thinking of Halloween. Despite her help in defeating Santa Claus, Cosmo is still beheaded by Makima along with Quanxi and Tsugihagi. Abilities As a fiend, Cosmo can't make contracts. However, she still has all the other standard devil abilities. As the fiend that embodies the fear of the infinite knowledge of the cosmos and outer space, the more fear people have towards gaining total understanding of everything in the universe and similar concepts, the more powerful Cosmo will become. Devil Powers Total Understanding: Cosmo can telepathically send a person’s mind into her own mind that seems to be a dimensional space that resembles a gigantic library, she would then force the target to understand everything in the universe. This renders them into a semi-catatonic state in which they are "only able to think of Halloween until they die." Once this occurs, the victim will be unable to think or say anything other than the phrase "Halloween" until their death. It is heavily implied that the target needs to copy Cosmo saying “Halloween” after she says it, and possibly for there to be some kind of direct focus, in order to work. Omniscience: Cosmo has all the knowledge in the universe inside her head. This essentially gives her a possibility to be omniscient, however, due to the fact that Cosmo herself appears to be affected by her power likely because of her weakened state due to being a fiend, she is unable to utilize or access this knowledge in any meaningful way, being only able to think and say the word "Halloween". She doesn’t seem to be omniscient when she isn’t using her ability as in many circumstances she seems to not know or expect many things and in contrast to her neutral inner personality, who accepts the fate of hunting or be hunted to be natural, seemed more concerned with death and freaks out in dangerous situations. Cosmo may only be able to think completely normally when she is inside her own dimension talking to someone else that she sent there, but she does have a higher degree of functionality than her victims even outwardly, as she is not rendered semi-catatonic by her power. Tsugihagi: (Tsugihagi is an unnamed fiend, and was one of Quanxi's harem members. Appearance Tsugihagi possesses a corpse with short green hair and has grey sclera and yellow eyes. She has normal pale skin albeit with a grey hue in shading with stitches covering her face, thighs and upper arm. She wears long black skirt, loose yellow cardigan with 4 buttons and black clogs. Personality Nothing is currently known about Tsuguhagi's personality as she didn't speak a word in all her appearances; however, she is extremely loyal to Quanxi and her women. Plot International Assassins arc In Hell, Quanxi gets decapitated and Long and Pingsti are killed. However when transported back, Tsugihagi manages to obtain Quanxi's head and when looking back she realises that Long and Pingsti have been killed. She stands at the top of the building that had been sent to hell and pulls out an arrow from under Quanxi's eyepatch. She then drops Quanxi's head to the fight that was occurring between Denji and Santa Claus below, allowing Quanxi to transform into her hybrid form and kill the dolls that were attacking Denji. After Santa Claus has been dealt with. Makima appears out from the smoke, drawing her sword. Quanxi surrenders, pleading to Makima to not kill her women, even offering her own limbs so that she won't. However, her words are futile, and Makima kills Quanxi, Cosmo and Tsugihagi by decapitating them. Abilities As a Fiend, Tsugihagi can't make contracts and her powers are considerably weaker than those of her devil form. Tsugihagi abilities are currently unknown, but she still has all the other standard)
