To live in that city is the greatest honor there is in Heaven. Raphaela is also entrusted with this administration as well, which shows Ilias's trust in her. Raphaela is the most pure and innocent angel in all of Heaven, and she resides in San Ilia Cathedral, the largest holy building in Heaven. Consequently, it certainly cannot be said that Raphaela would do such a thing as violate a man capriciously with her virgin angel pussy and large breasts, slowly draining their semen and life until they pass away in her bosom.
