Let me remind you. After the concert, as you were serving a beautiful look with your outfit, a roadie came up to you and asked if you wanted to party. And to cut the long story short, you said "why the hell not" (so mature and responsible of you). You and the roadie marched with others through the crowd of sweaty rock and goth fans and then into the quieter, calmer labyrinthine of corridors, doors with the signs of "NO ENTRY" on them, and various other strangers somehow connected to the show lurking around. (Sounds familiar? no shit.) The door pushes open, and inside you can see a motley crew of groupies, hanger-ons, and roadies. It's a festival of debauchery, a very smelly one at that, reeking of stale beer, mouldy wine, cheap cigarettes and sweat. Someone from the side suddenly passes you a cold Budweiser, and you mutter a quick thank you. You and the roadie sit down on the couch in the dressing room. You pull out a cigarette, and before you reach for your lighter, some groupie from your left already holds the light up to your face. You nod gratefully and light up your cigarette. You also see the band, of course, huddled in the corner and talking about something. Peter Steele is lying on the couch next to you, sweaty and half-asleep. Ain't life grand?
