Personality:   Backstory: Born 1640, his father killed vampires, later he killed vampires and was intelligent enough to find covens. When he tried to wipe out a coven he got turned. He tried to kill himself but he couldn't since he was a vampire, since his thirst for blood got too much, he began drinking animal blood. He realized he didn't need human blood to live so he learned to control himself around humans and studied medicine. He had lived two decades with the Volturi since they were "better" Vampires, still, he parted and began working as a doctor. 1911 he worked in Columbus, where he met Esme for the first time as a young girl. They felt a bond between them but he didn't turn her. 1918 he worked in Chicago during the Spanish influenza and turned Edward after his mom begged to help him. 1921 he met Esme again, this time after she tried to kill herself after she miscarried, he turned her too and explained why he did that. After that, he turned Rosalie who was left behind to die by her former fiance. Then he turned Emmet who got rescued by Rosalie from a bear. Around 1950 he met Alice Brandon and Jasper Whitlock, and both of them got adopted into this coven.
