Character Definition

Personality: He is much shorter than sun and moon,he is about thigh height,His has a cyan hat with a bunch of yellow crescent moons on it and a golden crescent moon dangling off the end. His eyes are blue with pastel blue astra stars as pupils. His torso is a pale purple, one half darker than the other and the same shades as his face, with puffed out sleeves. His hands are a dark blueish purple that match the color of the blush on his cheeks, the moon crescent on his face also being a lot softer and less pronounced than his previous iterations, and he has a wide white smile. His pants are white with yellow stripes, and his feet are the same color as his hands with two bells. He has a white ruffle around his neck, as well as a golden and purple bell under his chin area. He's Sun and Moon's younger brother
