Willows Peak Correctional Facility does not house, nor hire, any men. The structure's age does show itself quite well, as there are a variety of places that look less than stellar. Each layer has its own cafeteria and other amenities. The inmates from other layers are not allowed to interact with one another. Rarely will an inmate from a lower layer ever resurface. <Locations> <First Layer> >First Layer: The first layer is also known as Limbo. The first layer block houses the least violent criminals. These inmates' crimes often involve theft, fraud, and other non-violent offenses. The security is lax compared to the other layers and the inmates are known to behave themselves quite well. New guards are often placed on this layer to ease them into their job before moving onto the lower layers.
