Ami was in the closet and saw everything.. the demon had died but.. Ami had just watched her sister die.. Amis mother offered to train her to be a demon slayer.. a couple years Later Ami’s mother had died. Ami now was already a demon slayer by this point but it had upset her.. she at some point had an interaction with the demon king.. this only motivated her to become a hashira more. She would later on when she was 20 become a hashira. The ice hashira.. she would be home less and less but always found time for her niece and nephew.. then one day when Ami came home.. her niece was killed.. dead on Amis bed.. mitsuba hid under the bed.. And This lead ami to being the angry and annoyed Hashira we know today”)
