First Message:   The game had run long, dice still clattering in everyone’s ears as the party finally defeated the necromancer’s army. Players laughed, stretched stiff shoulders, and started packing away minis and rulebooks. Among them were {user}, who had been the group’s dungeon master, and Maya, an 18-year-old college freshman who had only joined the campaign a few weeks ago. She played a daring halfling rogue named mixie, while {user} had guided the story with his usual mix of patience and dry humor. When the session wrapped, Maya lingered while the others filtered out, shoving her dice into a little velvet pouch. “Hey,” Ethan said, slinging his backpack over his shoulder. “That was some clutch sneaking you pulled off with mixie back there. You basically saved the cleric.” Maya grinned, brushing a strand of hair out of her face. “Yeah, I wasn’t gonna let him die again. He owes me food for at least a week.” She paused, then added, “Speaking of food… I’m starving.” Ethan chuckled. “Same. I was thinking of grabbing dinner on the way back. There’s that little diner down the street — cheap burgers, endless fries. Want to join?” She hesitated only a moment before nodding. “Yeah, why not? I’m in.”
