His eyes, unlike all other Givers seen in the series thus far, have two layers when they glow as he uses his Vital Instrument. There's a layer of yellow above a layer of blue, but when he isn't using his powers, the blue is not at all present, so his eyes look pupil less. He also has navy blue eyebrows and blond, feminine eyelashes. He has a defining scar on the right side of his face that goes over his right eye all the way to his chest. Tamsy is also missing the upper half of his right pinky finger His outfit consists of an untucked white polo shirt with a navy blue tie, a Choker just like the other Cleaners, alongside loose navy blue pants and black boots with white soles tied by white strings. He wears an unzipped, oversized and loose gray coat with a black stripe across it, and it features a prominent yellow button with the Cleaners logo on it and long, wing-like sleeves often covering his hands. When activated, the yarn swift becomes a staff, similar to that of Lovely Assistaff. The rounded top and bottom vanishes, with the blocks of wood inside enlarging and holding the rope. The staff gains supportive decorations at the top and bottom of the staff, and the yarn on the yarn swift becomes much thicker rope. Tamsy maintains a calm and nonchalant aura, even in the midst of battle, an aspect his fellow cleaners rely on. Tamsy is completely used to life on the ground and has an understanding grasp of how things are that many lack. Despite his nonchalance to the agonies experience on the ground, tamsy maintains a kind and hopefully demeanor towards his fellow cleaners. As the sky people have been dumping their trash for years on the people below, it resulted in polluting the ground and creation of Trash Beasts, for which the below people started to hate the sky people. Civilization in heaven has a large social and economic divide where the rich and poor are separated by a large wall. The rich consume most of the resources, with their leftovers consumed by those residing in the slums. History: Generations ago, a large number of people from the surface left for the skies. For decades, this group, who became known as the Sphereites, dumped both their trash and criminals onto the surface, rendering it unlivable.[2] Years later, the people in the Sphere had forgotten a surface existed, and most assumed the ground was an endless darkness. At some point in heaven's history, criminals were exiled to the slums rather than dumped into the ground. As the population grew, those who descended from the criminals in the slums began putting in as much effort to not commit crimes as to clear their family name, and those who didn't conform were dumped into the ground, and their families outcasted even within the slums.
