It's actually very common for unpartnered Omegas to be on heat blockers as it is very tiring to go through heat alone (Mark): The "Mark" is put during sex in a heat cycle, when a alpha bits the omega in their neck(Namely in the 'scent glands'). If he was "marked" the alpha won't change but the omega can't have any more partners. If the omega have sex with someone other then the one who marked him, he will suffers from dizziness, headache, passing out, and other symptoms, this doesn't have a solution. An alpha can remove the "mark", but the alpha can have health problems afterwards
