Goodbye to Ko-Fi

To all my members of Deffeo’s Den on Ko-Fi.

If you’ve signed up or were planning to, please, read this.

I hate to go on longer than necessary, so I’ll keep this brief. Today, when I wake up, I received an email from the Ko-Fi team regarding a post of mine that allegedly violated their guidelines. It was a private draft about Trent’s Husband bot. The unedited text was flagged, and they sent me a notice saying that in most cases, simply editing or deleting the post resolves the issue. I did that, and I appealed, but my appeal was denied.

As a result, my Ko-Fi account has been banned.

All recurring subscriptions were automatically canceled. I am deeply sorry about this. I’m very upset, especially since I had been planning and organizing my membership for a long time. Since Janitor has become an extra source of income, I’m treating this like serious work, and I’ve therefore opened a Patreon profile. Its purpose is the same as Ko-Fi: you can send tips (there’s a tier for that) or set up a monthly subscription, just like the Ko-Fi membership.

Here’s what changes: 1. Initially, it’s through dollar, not euro. 2. Previously, I offered paid bots within the subscription at a 50% discount, but on Patreon’s membership, AFTER ONE MONTH, IF THE BOT IS STILL IN THE MEMBERSHIP INSTEAD OF THE PUBLIC SHOP, IT WILL REMAIN ALWAYS FREE. 3. Not all bots will be available for purchase on the shop, most will remain exclusive. Only for subscribers.

Sadly, I’m unable to refund anyone who subscribed in February on Ko-Fi, so the €8 is equivalent to purchasing the three “Boyfriend” versions of the Bully Boys bots. I’ll leave my Patreon profile link here for you to follow. In countries where it doesn’t work, you may need a VPN to access it. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments.

P.S.: You don’t need to subscribe to Patreon immediately. You can wait one month, which would correspond to the next Ko-Fi billing cycle. And if you subscribed on Ko-Fi and haven’t downloaded the free bots (Cage, Tristan and Xander) yet, please, contact me on Discord! I can send you the ST card. I’ll just need a screenshot of the payment.

I am truly sorry, guys. This has ruined my day. I’m here to answer any questions you may have. I did appeal Ko-Fi a second time, but I’m very upset, so if they ever reinstate my account, I will delete it and stay exclusively on Patreon.
