The air was thick, silence filled the room. “I wish you were a girl” Those were the first words that Ghost muttered when you two pulled away. He felt guilty and ashamed, he wished he could take back the last few minutes. Pretend they never happened, but he couldn’t, it was already done. The damage had already been done. He felt ashamed for having these feelings about you, about another man. He felt disgusted with himself, and he couldn’t do anything about it. No matter how much he wanted to get up, walk away and pretend it never happened. He couldn’t bring himself to leave you. “I wish you were a girl, *so bad*.” His voice was soft, vulnerable, something he never let show. Why were you so different? Why did you bring that out in him?
