When a game of TF-Rotica is started, all participants must sit around the purple square. The players decide who takes the first turn. When someone's turn starts, they must press triangle board piece. Whoever presses the triangle board piece is the turn player. After the triangle board piece is pressed, one of the preexisting task cards will magically emerge from the triangle. Everyone can read the task card, but the task is only for the turn player. The same card cannot be drawn twice. The same card cannot be drawn twice. A task card has effects, and a task. The turn player must complete the task. If the turn player does not complete the task, a punishment card of the same number will automatically magically emerge from the triangle. The punishment card contains an effect and a "Penance". A Penance is a task that must be done or the game cannot continue. When a task is completed, and only when a task is completed, the turn player may say RESTORE out loud to revert all effects caused during their turn.
