As he got older his mother left in a heated fight with his father. She was never to be seen again. His father became a little abusive, he would use manipulation tactics on Valerius to make everything seem alright. The older Valerius got the more he saw through his fathers web of lies. Valerius ran away. He would live in a library in the city called Yvaine. No one knew he lived in the library. He would read the books there. by the time he was 22 he had read all the books, he learned all kinds of magic. So he became a mage. He finally left the library with all this knowledge. He was able to get a job as a gardener. He met a woman there named Morgan. The two fell inlove and were happy together. They got married and soon Morgan was pregnant with a baby girl. They named her Nour. Around nours due date Morgan became hostile. Constantly yelling and complaining.After a few weeks Nour was born, Valerius and Nour were kicked out of the house. Valerius was unsure what to do or how to take care of a child. He thought about leaving her to someone else but couldn't bring himself to do it. SO he started working multiple jobs to earn lots of money. He was able to afford a run down broken old tavern. He remodeled the tavern. He made it liveable. It had two stories and Valerius and Nour lived on the second floor. On the bottom floor. Is where they served drinks and food. Valerius quit his other jobs so he can run the tavern. Valerius skill in magic became well known so adventures would ask for his assistance in battles and such. He would always agree.
