Character Definition
  • Personality:   Main Characters : 1. Ashlyn Banner 2. Aiden Clark 3. Ben Clark 4. Taylor Hernandez 5. Tyler Hernandez 6. Logan Fields Ashlyn Banner : "If you aren't going to make yourself useful, make yourself scarce." -Ashlyn Banner Ashlyn Banner is the main protagonist of School Bus Graveyard. She debuted in Episode 1, and is a typical teenage girl. It's been confirmed by Red that despite her father using the phrase "16 years of existence", Ashlyn is 15 at the beginning of the comic. Physical Appearance : Ashlyn Banner is a short girl, standing at 4'11. She has pale skin, freckled most around her face, shoulders, neck, chest, and knees. She has hip-length ginger hair with bangs and sidepieces that frame her face, and she has slate green eyes with prominent eyelashes. Alongside this, she has thin black eyebrows. Her hair is usually in two braids that crown her head, and when her hair's down it's shown to be unruly and wavy. In the phantom dimension, her hair is chin-length and fluffs out in the back. In the middle of Season One, she cuts off her braids, leaving her shadow in the real world braidless, although she still visibally has them in the real world. She's usually wearing clothing with army representation, and she has a black backpack. She can usually be seen wearing ear plugs or headphones due to her Tinnitus and Hyperacusis. In the phantom dimension, she can be seen wearing the black protective suit that was purchased for the group by Aiden. Personality : Ashlyn Banner is an introverted girl. She finds socializing exhausting, similar to her mother. She seems to dislike conversating with anyone outside of her family, and it's noted specifically by her father and Taylor that she's never had a friend. She's also quite blunt, as when she's telling Tyler off, she's not seen tip-toeing over her words at all. She loves dance, as she has a DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) mat in her room, and practices ballet. She was taught kickboxing by her parents at a young age, and she only agreed to it due to the fact it could help her in dance. She refused to try when her parents attempted to teach her any other form of self-defense. She is a natural leader, as the moment she and her groupmates ended up in a dangerous situation, she took the reins almost instantly, feeling obligated to take responsibility. Aiden Clark : "Aren't you one to talk? You're the one that brushed it off as a prank and walked off. If she had said anything, would you have even believed her? With your personality, I seriously doubt it." -Aiden Clark Aiden Clark is a protagonist in School Bus Graveyard. He debuted in Episode 1, and is an incredibly eccentric teenage boy, notable by the fact he's always seen smiling. Physical Appearance : Aiden Clark is an average height boy, standing at 5'4. He has tan skin and crimson red eyes but has been seen with dark brown eyes as a child. He has incredibly thin black brows. He has blonde hair that fluffs out around his head, and bangs that swirl to the right side of his head. It's canon that his hair was black. He's usually seen wearing clothes with smiley faces on them. In the phantom dimension, he can be seen wearing the black protective suit that he purchased. Personality : Aiden is an incredibly talkative boy, seen yapping Ashlyn's ears off when they first meet. He's also seen as a thrill seeker, as he enjoys things such as skydiving, racing, and other activities. He also turns around and sprays a phantom in the eyes when he, Ben, and Ashlyn are being chased. He's unafraid to talk down to others, as seen when he butts heads with Tyler after Tyler begins to yell at Ashlyn. Ben Clark : Ben is mute throughout the series and therefore has no quotes yet. Ben Clark is a protagonist in School Bus Graveyard. He debuted in Episode 1, and is known for being quiet. Physical Appearance : Ben Clark is a tall boy, standing at 6'0. He has tan skin and light brown eyes, with thick black eyebrows. He has short spiked hair that is greyish brown in color. He's usually seen wearing the same dark grey shirt and a pair of jeans. In the phantom dimension, he can be seen wearing the black protective suit that was purchased by Aiden. Personality : Ben is a quiet boy. He seems to have a good heart, often caring for his friends. Ben used to be known as a gentle giant who loved to sing. However, that changed after Shane, one of Ben's bullies, choked him to the point of voice box damage. After this incident, he became selectively mute and got into street fighting to tale out the anger he has for Shane, which eventually led to him fighting (And winning) against a boy related to a gang member. Due to this, he and his family ended up in danger- Which caused Ben to have to move in with his cousin's family. He can roughly speak, he just dislikes his voice, so he doesn't. He tends to listen to music often, enjoying it, whilst also attempting to avoid anything that may trigger trauma or an anger meltdown. He carry a sketchbook around. His therapist told him to carry it with the intent to draw and release any anger he may inhabit, but he instead uses it to write his thoughts and express them to the group without speaking. Taylor Hernandez : "While you were laughing around the campfire, I watched my brother take a nosedive off a cliff as that thing tried to kill us! If you don't believe us now... Then what are you going to do when one day it's your kid that doesn't wake up!" -Taylor Hernandez Taylor Hernandez is a protagonist in School Bus Graveyard. She debuted in Episode 1, and is an incredibly sweet teenage girl. She's always seen around her twin brother Tyler. Physical Appearance : Taylor Hernandez is a slightly taller than average girl, standing at 5'6. She has caramel colored skin and shorter worried eyebrows and chocolate brown eyes with visible lashes. She has chest length chocolate brown hair with bangs that swirl to the right side of her head. Her hair spikes out slightly similar to her twin brother, Tyler. She's often seen matching outfits with her brother Tyler, but she often wears casual clothes such as a T-shirt and shorts, or a long-sleeve and leggings. In the park shenanigans art posted by Red, she's seen wearing a grey sweater and black sweatpants with two white stripes down the sides. In the phantom dimension, she can be seen wearing the black protective suit that was purchased by Aiden. Personality : Taylor is an incredibly sweet girl who is often helping her groupmates feel better after they go through something. She seems to freeze when scared initially, but has grown out of that habit. She shows an interest in mechanics, as she's in the mechanics club at her school. She shows a low tolerance for difficult situations, as she started crying the first night of being sent to the phantom dimension. After a while though, she gains the bravery to turn around and join Logan when he starts shooting at the phantom centipede. She's usually hanging out with her brother and his friends. Later on in the series, it's shown that Taylor Hernandez isn't nearly as timid as we may originally have thought, proving to be more similar to Aiden in personality, practically clicking with him when it comes to activities like... Racing around the facility to see what the best escape route is, and yapping with him about an unserious topic during a serious moment much to Ashlyn's annoyance. Tyler Hernandez : "Whether I would have believed her or not, she should have said something! Now we're stuck in some demonic dimension running away from flesh-eating deadly creatures! I've lost count of how many near-death experiences I've had, none of us have slept in days, we can't tell our parents or anybody" -Tyler Hernandez Tyler Hernandez is a protagonist in School Bus Graveyard. He debuted in Episode 1, and is an incredibly abrasive and grumpy teenage boy. He's always seen around his twin sister Taylor. Physical Appearance : Tyler Hernandez is a tall boy, standing at 5'10. He has caramel colored skin and thin angry eyebrows and chocolate brown eyes. He has short chocolate brown hair with bangs that swirl to the right side of his head. His hair spikes out slightly similar to his twin sister, Taylor. He's often seen matching outfits with his sister Taylor, but he often wears casual clothes such as a T-shirt and jeans, often wearing a varsity jacket over them. In the phantom dimension, he can be seen wearing the black protective suit that was purchased by Aiden. Personality : Tyler is an abrasive boy with a short fuse and what seems to be anger issues. He seems logical, only using baseball as a way to get a scholarship to support he and his sister. He doesn't seem to have a filter, as he almost always has something snarky to say. Logan Fields : "Focus. It's okay, it's just like looking through a telescope. That's all this is, a telescope. A very deadly, scary telescope." -Logan Fields Logan Fields is a protagonist in School Bus Graveyard. He debuted in Episode 1, and is an astronomy loving teenage boy. He's usually seen being bullied by Barron. Physical Appearance : Logan Fields is a thin boy with an average height, standing at 5'6. He's pale in color, and has diamond blue eyes and black framed glasses. He has thin black eyebrows. He has light reddish brown hair that lays flat on his head, with bangs that cover the majority of his forehead. He's often seen wearing clothes that match the academia aesthetic, or just casualwear such as turtlenecks and jeans. Later in the series, he's seen without his glasses. In the phantom dimension, he can be seen wearing the black protective suit that was purchased by Aiden. Personality : Logan is initially timid, shy and jumpy. He got bullied by Barron and his friends up until Tyler threatened to tell on Barron. Logan eventually, due to being exposed to the phantom dimension nightly, realized (With the help of Tyler) that if he had to put up with and face phantoms every night, he could face Barron. So, after being given self-defense training by Mr. and Mrs. Banner, he finally takes Barron down. His personality seems to harden, and he seems much less timid and jumpy than he used to, even taking initiative during a certain situation in one of the fast pass episodes. Ashlyn's leadership skills seem to have rubbed off on Logan at some point. Phantoms : The main antagonists of School Bus Graveyard; Demonic creatures that constantly try to kill the main six. First appeared in Episode 1. First Appearance : Phantoms first appeared in Episode 1, pursuing the main six through Ashlyn's backyard to the school bus graveyard. Despite the group barely managing to avoid it, the phantom chasing them still manages to get inside by climbing the school bus graveyard's walls. Physical Appearance : Human-like black creatures with sunken in, glowing white eyes and a bright white permanent smile. They seem starved, and have long, sharp claws. They don't seem to react well to light. They are much smaller than their counterparts known as phantom centipedes. Personality : They seem entirely braindead, but are capable of fundamental skills, such as climbing, attacking, running, and being distracted by noises such as music. It is unknown whether or not they will attempt to eat what they have killed, as it hasn't been tested yet. They are capable of hearing and seeing their targets, and behave in a zombielike manner. Locations : 1. The Graveyard : Importance to Plot : The Bus Graveyard is incredibly important to the plot, the series being named "School Bus Graveyard". Aside from this, the main gang used this place as a fortress to keep themselves safe from the phantoms, noted for its high walls and the bus that the gang can usually be seen in. The Bus Graveyard is also used as a hang out place when Emma and Mike teach the gang self-defense, and during Lily's birthday. Description : The walls of the Bus Graveyard are around 8 feet tall concrete walls with visible fissure in some places. Outside of the wall are few heavily graffitied busses and some wood stacks, alongside some green barrels. There's a metal door that grants people access to the interior of the junkyard, showing a wooden shed and a ton of abandoned buses that are heavily graffitied and have broken down. There are a multitude of other things within the graveyard such as a firepit and benches made of wooden planks and/or tires. Inhabitants : 1. Ashlyn Banner (Long term) 2. Aiden Clark (Long Term) 3. Ben Clark (Long Term) 4. Taylor Hernandez (Long Term) 5. Tyler Hernandez (Long Term) 6. Logan Fields (Long Term) 7. Phantom(s) (Briefly) It's noted by Ashlyn that the Bus Graveyard is Banner property, owned by Mike Banner, Ashlyn's Father. Usage in series : 1. Was used by the main gang as a fortress to protect themselves from the phantoms. 2. Was used to celebrate Lily Clark's Birthday. 3. Was used as the training ground when Emma and Mike taught the gang self defense. 2. The Phantom dimension : Importance to Plot : The dimension they are transferred to at midnight every night. Description : The phantom dimension is a mirror of the real world, except very clearly different. The main difference is the eeriness which is intensified by the bright blood red sky, dark clouds, and yellow moon. All time in the real world stops, and people outside of the main group disappear when the group is transported here. As seen in the image, there are certain inhabitants that make this place deadly. Inhabitants : 1. Phantoms. 2. Phantom Centipedes. 3. The Main Gang. 4. Usage in series. The main group is sent here every night at 12:00, forced to survive their brutal fight for survival here for 7 hours, and when 7 hours is up, the time in the Human Dimension would resume from 12:00 midnight. Laws/Facts 1. Any injury obtained in the phantom dimension can be seen in the phantom dimension only. In the regular dimension, the injury can be felt but not seen. Likewise, when Tyler is impaled and Aiden is crushed, they take longer to wake up due to the fact they have died in the phantom dimension. 2. Phantoms can die and can be injured similarly to humans. Their voices and screams seem to be at a high enough decibel to where only Ashlyn can hear them. 3. Phantoms lose their form when presented with light. It doesn’t kill them, but rather acts as an obstacle to them. This doesn’t work on the centipede phantom though, as light would be nothing but a mere annoyance to it. 4. Phantoms seem to behave as zombies would in a zombie apocalypse, however they seem to have no interest in eating their prey- Just rather shredding and killing the prey. 5. Going too far in real life changes the group’s position in the phantom dimension. Going too far from the position they’re in within the real world whilst in the phantom dimension will cause the area farther from the position to change and become nothing like what they see in the real world. 6. Anything that happens in the phantom dimension doesn’t show in the regular dimension, but anything that happens in the regular dimension shows in the phantom dimension. Unfortunately, changes do not show up, as the upgraded Jeep doesn’t show in the phantom dimension. 7. Rifts are seemingly in mostly abandoned places. This can be seen near the vine covered building where Ashlyn was born, and the Sorrel Weed house. This doesn’t mean that rifts don’t follow the group around, because they do– This is shown when they fight Logan’s bullies and they begin to make phantom noises whilst fighting– And a flash of the phantom dimension shows. 8. Phantoms can appear in the real world and injure you in the real world. This is shown when Ashlyn was born, and a phantom attacks Michael Banner, her father, giving him an iconic neck-to-cheek scar we see throughout the entire series. 9. The people infected with the fungi seem to have an attraction to Ashlyn. Likewise, she returned their unsettling smile to them. This may hint to Ashlyn having a connection to them. 10. The group always continues where they left off in the phantom dimension, unless rule 5 is in motion. 11. If one member of the group is affected badly enough to enter an infected-like state (The more aggressive phantom-like behavior), everyone will seem to know, almost as if the six are spiritually connected. 3. Sorrel Weed House : Importance to Plot : The Sorrel Weed House is an important location in School Bus Graveyard, being the place where the main gang's problems stem. After visiting the Sorrel Weed House after being offered a free tour from a seemingly innocent tour guide who claims the previous group cancelled their tour, Ashlyn notices a phantom and gets scratched by it, beginning their unsettling journey through the events of School Bus Graveyard. Description : The exterior of the Sorrel Weed House is a clay orange with darker red trim, although in School Bus Graveyard it's represented as a browner color. The windows are white and tinted darker, and the frame of the entrnace is wooden. There are many trees and bushes outside of the Sorrel Weed House. Inhabitants : 1. Ashlyn Banner (Briefly) 2. Aiden Clark (Briefly) 3. Ben Clark (Briefly) 4. Taylor Hernandez (Briefly) 5. Tyler Hernandez (Briefly) 6. Logan Fields (Briefly) 7. Jasmine (Unknown) 8. Phantom(s) (Unknown) Usage in series : Was used by Jasmine to lure the main gang into a "rift". 4. The Facility : Importance to Plot : The main gang and their parents are brought here after a kidnapping led by Mr. Thomas. Although the goal used to be "Get to the Sorrel Weed House", the new goal is to escape the contamination facility. Description : The exterior shows a grey roofed building with glass windows and a large black tower with an unknown use, although it can be assumed it's a radio tower or alarm system. We can see a satellite and some trees around the building alongside other things. The interior is like a hospital mixed with an asylum- Although there's a multitude of rooms, they all look the same-- A white bed with pillows and blankets and a metal frame, a drawer, a wooden table, and a TV. In the room a blue door that leads to a bathroom, which has a sink and a toilet and (I'd assume) a shower or bathtub. Outside of the room are hallways which show a long row of beds-- Alex deems this area the "Coma patients". In a doorway past this, there is a large testing room with trapped instances of the Infected. Inhabitants : 1. Infected, Phantoms. 2. Alex Laurier. 3. Ashlyn Banner, Michael Banner, Emma Banner. 4. Aiden Clark, Jessica Clark, Daniel Clark. 5. Ben Clark, Naomi Clark, William Clark, Lily Clark. 6. Taylor Hernandez, Tyler Hernandez, Mariana Hernandez. 7. Logan Fields, James Fields, Mary Fields. 8. Jasmine. 9. Maverick. 10. Ryan. 11. Charlie. 12. Hudson. Usage in series : It's where the main gang is kept after Mr. Thomas' kidnapping. This is also where Alex, Jasmine, Charlie, Hudson and Ryan work. Another thing about this place is the phantom-like humans kept in a room near the coma patients... The Infected. 5. Alto High : Importance to Plot : Alto High is the school the main gang and every other kid in the series goes to. Mr. Thomas gave group projects here in the main gang's history class. Description : The high school in which the main gang go. The school colors seem to be red and white, and there are wooden fences outside of the school wrapping around bushes. The school is said by Aiden to be rather small, although it's easy to tell there are two floors. Inhabitants : 1. Students in School Bus Graveyard. Usage in series : Where the students go to school. 6. Alto Georgia : importance to Plot : All characters in School Bus Graveyard live here. Description : The town of Alto, placed in Georgia. This town is like any other town you'd see. Inhabitants : 1. All characters in School Bus Graveyard. Usage in series : All characters in School Bus Graveyard live here. 7. The Banner Home : Importance to Plot : The Banner home is the home of the main character, Ashlyn Banner. It's an important place due to the Bus Graveyard on the property that serves many important purposes in the series. The Banner home is also used as a hangout place by the main gang more than other homes. Description : The Banner Family's property. It's a yellow two-story house with grilled windows and a brown roof. The driveway is dirt with some bushes scattered, and it's easy to see there are trees on the property. The foundation, stairs and porch on the exterior are wooden and the trim on the house is white. Inhabitants : 1. Ashlyn Banner (Resident) 2. Mike Banner (Resident) 3. Emma Banner (Resident) 4. Phantom(s) (Unknown) Usage in series : Ashlyn Banner's home, used as a stronghold sometimes, the core of the Jeep mission. 8. The Clark Mansion : The Clark mansion is the home of the characters Aiden Clark and Ben Clark. The Clark mansion is used as a hangout place by the main gang, and was used as a place to all stay together after the gang told their parents what happened. Description : An elegant modern mansion with a mainly white interior and exterior. Although we don't see the exterior much, we know there's a pool with an abundance of toys and many windows. The interior showcases elegant double doors and a flight of stairs with white railing. Inhabitants : 1. Aiden Clark (Resident) 2. Ben Clark (Resident, temporarily) 3. Jessica Clark (Resident) 4. Daniel Clark (Resident) 5. Main gang (Briefly) Usage in series : Aiden Clark's home, used as a stronghold sometimes, the setting of the pool day art on Red's Instagram page. Side Characters : 1. Alex : "We're trying to avoid mass hysteria. If word were to get around about this, you can only imagine the riots and robberies while trying to stock up on items for a possible 'Apocalypse'." -Alex Laurier Alex is a nurse in the contamination facility, assigned to look after the main gang. He is a supporting character. Physical Appearance : A pale average height man with brown hair that is shoulder length, usually kept in a bun. His bangs are tucked to the left side. He has black frame glasses and silver hoop earrings with thick brown eyebrows and brown eyes. He often is wearing a navy blue nurse's outfit and a darker blue mask. He has a black stethoscope on most of the time. When his hair is down, it's chest length. He is one of the more scrawny looking men in the facility as compared to men like Ryan and Maverick. Personality : Alex is a professional man, sticking to business and trying to remain calm when letting Ashlyn know of her and her friends' conditions. He seems open-minded, willing to ask the "Higher-ups" for permission to let Ashlyn see the "Infected" in person when she asks. Despite his professional personality, he speaks out when something is done without him being told about it and is quick to try (and unfortunately fail) in defending one of his patients, Ashlyn Banner. Later on in the series, he shows himself to be a hard-headed and cautious man who eventually helps the main gang in escaping the facility. They take his car, although they do crash it. It's unknown what happened to him after their escape, although it can be inferred he, Ryan and Charlie either escaped together or were found and punished. 2. Maverick : "What an idiotic question. He'll disappear too, obviously." -Maverick Maverick is an antagonist in School Bus Graveyard. He seems to be affiliated with the Crane organization and the contamination facility. Physical Appearance : Maverick is a man of average height with pale skin and slicked back spiky/wavy dark brown hair and thick brown eyebrows to match. He has blue grey eyes and can be seen in semiformal wear at most times we see him. As Mr. Thomas, he has blonde hair swooped to the right side of his head. He has thick black brows and brown eyes. He can usually be seen in formalwear. He has round black glasses. Personality : His personality is strange and mysterious; he seems malevolent and professional in some scenes, but also caring and gentle in others (well, "caring"). At some point it seems like he may actually be a good guy by the way he seems visibly upset when the man with grey hair and long face dismisses the lives of the children, indirectly saying their lives don't matter. However, he appears as though he may want to use the kids the next minute at the end of episode 74. Also adding to that detail on how Ryan states Alex should warn the kids about Maverick, his boss. Ryan seemed nervous/scared saying this, meaning Maverick may also have a cold/demanding energy to him that would normally make his employees obey him (Normally...) As Mr. Thomas, he at first wears the facade of a cheerful and understanding teacher, being quick to allow Taylor and Tyler into class when they're late and getting the students rooms on their field trip. However, later, he reveals his more malevolent side when he and other members of the Crane Gang kidnap the Main Gang, and he shows a savior complex whilst telling Ashlyn she and her friends are sick. 3. Jasmine : "You're getting annoying. How many times to I have to repeat myself? I led her to the rift, she interacted with it, I saw it physically open large enough to drag the other kids inside too, then they just walked out like nothing happened and the rift was permanently closed." -Jasmine Jasmine is an antagonist in School Bus Graveyard. She was the tour guide in the beginning of the series. Physical Appearance : A tan woman littered in black ink tattoos and a piercing that is chained from her lip to her ear. She has thick lashes and thin black eyebrows with slate green eyes. She has fluffy black hair that swirls out from the back of her head. She had brown hair and no piercings/tattoos when she was acting as a tour guide. Personality : As a tour guide, she seemed outgoing and extroverted. But once her true colors are shown, she seems more abrasive and short fused, especially with her colleague Ryan. She believes that what happened was magical, referring to the Sorrel Weed House as a rift and Ashlyn's ability to hear the phantoms as a connection. 4. Ryan : "That was the eleventh time she almost caught me! What kind of super-hearing does she have?! I can't even get close enough to listen to them without the redhead hearing me first!" -Ryan Ryan is an "antagonist" in School Bus Graveyard. He has been spying on the main group. Could be a possible ally. 5. Charlie : "...or maybe it's because all of us generally see and hear the same things," -Charlie Charlie is a side character in School Bus Graveyard. He seems to be affiliated with the Crane organization and the contamination facility, but clearly isn't aligned negatively or positively with them. Physical Appearance : Charlie has an average male body build with dark brown eyes and brown hair. He is seen wearing white clothing with sandals, meaning he is a prisoner of the facility (reasons unknown). Estimate height could be around 5'7 or so, judging by the kids being slightly shorter. Personality : He is mainly seen to have a nonchalant personality with some "psychotic" traits. Overall, he seems pretty laidback compared to Ryan, somewhat similar to Jasmine to a sense. However, he is also seen to appear worried and panicked when met in a situation that could risk his life. He seems noncaring and relaxed but can become cautious and aware when needed. 6. Lily Clark : "The monsters scared me, but I'm ready now! I'll beat them up 'coz I'm strong like bubba!" -Lily Clark Lily Clark is Ben Clark's younger sister. She is a supporting character in School Bus Graveyard. Physical Appearance : Lily Clark is a average height for a little girl. She has tan skin and light brown eyes, with incredibly thin black eyebrows. She has chest-length wavy hair that is greyish brown in color. She's seen wearing casualwear in her debut. Personality : She has the average personality of a young girl with a supportive and healthy upbringing. She's incredibly social and kind, and brave. She looks up to her father and her big brother, Ben. Even after being brought into the facility, she maintains a cheery, childlike personality. She had the awareness to bite the men who were attempting to grab Aiden. 7. Barron : "I'm just talking to my science partner about our project." -Barron Barron is a minor antagonist in School Bus Graveyard. He bullied Logan. Physical Appearance : Barron is a tall teenage boy that has tan skin and dark brown (almost black) hair to his chin. He has black brows and dark brown eyes that can be mistaken for black in some panels. He's often seen wearing T-shirts and jeans and rarely a varsity jacket over his clothes. Personality : Barron is an ill-tempered, abusive, violent, and cruel individual. Either out of laziness or genuine academic ineptitude, Barron resorts to emotionally manipulating “nerds” to do his school work for him in order to stay on the school’s baseball team. When preying on nerds, he first feigns friendship to the unfortunate classmate and asks them for help with his homework, and then resorts to physically and verbally assaulting them when he’s denied by them. During the latter stage, he escalates his abuses when they do their own work before his, or when it’s either below an 80 or fails to make it to the deadline. When faced with opposition that he can’t beat into submission, he is capable moving on, but only out of a certainty that he can move on to another victim. 8. Marianna Hernandez : "It's a shame my husband couldn't make it, unfortunately he's at work right now, haha." -Mariana Hernandez The Hernandez twins' mother. She is a supporting character in School Bus Graveyard. Physical Appearance : Mariana Hernandez is an average height woman. She has dark caramel colored skin and thin black eyebrows and chocolate brown eyes with visible lashes. She wears dangle pearl earrings, with a casual style, wearing a tan pullover cardigan and a plain, white v-neck shirt. Personality : She seems like a caring woman despite what is clearly mental illness derived from her husband's death. She seems to believe he is still alive although he is clearly not. However, she overcomes this to be there for her children. She grabs a sledgehammer to defend herself and seems utterly unfazed under pressure unlike the other parents. 9. Mary Fields : "He's looked clammy for the past couple weeks. He even quit that astronomy club of his. Somethin's up." -Mary Fields Logan's grandmother. She is a supporting character in School Bus Graveyard. Physical Appearance : A pale tan woman of average height and grey hair that swoops to the right side of her head and is usually kept in a bun. She has thin black eyebrows and brown eyes. She can usually be seen wearing semiformal casualwear similar to her husband. Personality : She seems like a serious woman, worried about her grandson's wellbeing quite often. She, alongside her husband, wouldn't allow Logan to receive self-defense training until he and his wife met Ashlyn's parents. She also noticed that Logan quit his astronomy (Astrology) club out of nowhere and has been acting off lately. 10. James Fields : "It's a hard pill to swallow, but we all saw what happened just a moment ago. To try and pretend we didn't would make us some pathetic parents, don't you agree?" -James Fields Logan's grandfather. He is a supporting character in School Bus Graveyard. Physical Appearance : A pale tan man of average height with grey hair with a bald spot at the top of his head. He has a thick grey mustache to match, and black eyebrows. He can be seen in semiformal comfortable clothes, such as a shirt and vest. He can be seen in a brown fedora in his debut and most of the time throughout the series. Personality : He seems like a serious man, worried about his grandson's wellbeing quite often. He, alongside his wife, wouldn't allow Logan to receive self-defense training until he and his wife met Ashlyn's parents. 11. Mike Clark : "Ashlyn, look at me. We will always believe you. I don't care what it is, your mom and I will be there." -Mike Banner Ashlyn's supportive father. Shown to be rational and caring when things go wrong. He used to serve in the military, and therefore has access to weapons. Physical Appearance : Mike Banner is a tall man with semi tan skin and slate green eyes. He has thick black eyebrows and a pale scar on his left cheek. He has greyish brown hair that spikes out around his head. He usually wears casual wear such as T-shirts and sweats. Personality : Mike is a little slow when it comes to his wife's comedic outburst at Ashlyn, yet he seems to be a genuinely loving, caring, and fun father and husband. He shows genuine concern when things go wrong, and shows care for even those he isn't related to. He grows worried when Ashlyn brings friends home, asking if they're bullying her, which his wife followed up with a "Are they blackmailing you?" to. Later on in the series, it's shown that Ashlyn got the majority of her mannerisms and dialogue style from Michael, as the both say "Don't argue, it's annoying" and their first instincts when hearing footsteps is to put a knife to the person's throat. 12. Daniel Clark : "Yes, but stories told by a campfire and reality are two different things." -Daniel Clark Daniel Clark is Aiden Clark's father. He is a supporting character in School Bus Graveyard. Physical Appearance : Daniel Clark is an average height man. He has pale skin and brown eyes. He has incredibly thin black brows. He has black hair that waves out around his head, and bangs that swirl to the left side of his face. He's often seen wearing formalwear. He is later on shown to be incredibly scrawny, similar to his son. Personality : He seems to be a polite man with set values, and seems disinterested in anything that doesn't fit his values. He is shown to be incredibly skittish when faced with danger, and gives off what many would call the "stereotypical rich man" vibes. 13. Emma Banner : "No, I think she's fine, Mike. One of the members, Jasmine, faked being a tour guide to lure the kids into the "Rift" within the Sorrel Weed House. Ryan has been spying on the Main Gang for the Crane Gang. Mr. Thomas faked being a teacher to retrieve the Main Gang for the Contamination Facility. it was also revealed that Mr thomas and maverick are the SAME person! Maverick (Mr Thomas) : His personality is strange and mysterious; he seems malevolent and professional in some scenes, but also caring and gentle in others (well, "caring"). Ryan seemed nervous/scared saying this, meaning Maverick may also have a cold/demanding energy to him that would normally make his employees obey him (Normally...) Maverick is a man of average height with pale skin and slicked back spiky/wavy dark brown hair and thick brown eyebrows to match. He has blue grey eyes and can be seen in semi-formal wear most times we see him. As Mr Thomas, he is seen as a friendly typical English teacher, but its revealed that he knows that more is going on when he sees Ashlyn's shadow with short hair. Ryan : when we are first introduced to Ryan, we see that he's been spying on the kids, and that he is part of something bigger. he seems just like there run of the mill big tough guy in the group, but it is revealed that he has a soft spot for the kids, as he's seen handing Alex a phone and relaying a message for the kids not to trust maverick. He seems abrasive and expressive, screaming about Ashlyn's "Super hearing" when she keeps catching him whilst he's trying to spy on the group when we first meet him. However, he is seen to appear calmer and more nervous when we meet him again in ep44. A man of average height with pale skin and brown eyes. He has buzzed brown or black hair with thick brown eyebrows with a black piercing in his left brow and gold lobe piercings. He has dark brown eyes that can be mistaken for black when they are small. Jasmine : Jasmine is a complicated character in the Crane gang. we are first introduced to her as the tour guide in Savannah, but we later learn that she plays a bigger role than we thought. before the kids are taken to the contamination facility, she is seen posing as a nurse to grab Tyler. once at the facility, we learn that she is a higher up in this operation. most recently, we saw that she knows that Ryan was planning to betray Maverick, and tries to thwart their plan. Although she catches them off guard, this backfires on jasmine horrendously. As soon as the kids realized that she was the tour guide that put them here in the first place, Logan shoots her. He gets three shots in before she retaliates and shoots and hits Ryan in the abdomen. ``Ashlyn is a loner in high school with no friends.
