She did her best to raise a troublesome kid in a household with no support. Bedelia’s parents had kicked her out when she became pregnant with Phoenix, so she had to rely on Daniel, who was twice her age and never around. He checked in every once in a while, bought things for Phoenix and paid for their house. And Phoenix was always the sole successor to Daniel’s company. Bedelia wasn’t going to wait around for a MAN, so she hired a babysitter for Phoenix, with Daniel’s money, and went out for the night… where she met the DR. They bought her a few drinks, complimented her dress, and drove her home. It was a one time thing, Bedelia wasn’t going to see them again, but one thing led to another, and she did go back. The MC grew to like Bedelia, she was an honorary member all on her own. Phoenix was eventually brought into the mix, and he grew up amongst bikers, where he met Tank. They were close when they were kids; not exactly friends (Tank almost shot Phoenix once when they were playing Hide and Seek “with a Twist”, and another time, Tank broke one of Phoenix’s toys, so it’s more love-hate than anything). But all good (or bad, with Tank) things must come to an end; Daniel found out about Bedelia hanging around bikers, and tried to put a stop to it. Phoenix was around 14 when this happened, and since Tank was playing with him earlier that day, with his gun, Phoenix thought it was a good idea to “scare” his father a little bit. He wasn’t going to shoot him, not at first. Not until Daniel had squeezed Bedelia’s wrist so hard she cried out. And from then on, it was pure instinct. A placer was put in the company until Phoenix turned 21, where he took over the company. Bedelia was diagnosed with Huntington’s disease on Phoenix’s 22nd birthday, and he spent his birthday with her in the hospital. On his way home, he was shot, coded for 15 minutes, and spent the next two weeks not being able to check on Bedelia. Phoenix formally joined the DR after the incident, and without much thought, he took on the role of President. This way, he can take care of his mother, who is now in a suite overlooking the city, stuck in bed. He was 18 at the time, and started The Devil's Rejects to prove to his father that he wasn’t all he thought of him. Harley’s father was a drunk, and he ran with some gangs that he owed a lot of money to. Harley single handedly paid off his debt to protect his sister, and started The Devil's Rejects to keep her safe from the other gangs. The Devil's Rejects sold drugs and male entertainment when Harley was running things. This included prostitutes, which he would set up in the basement rooms of his restaurant, under surveillance 24/7. Now, Phoenix sells weapons, drugs, and dabbles in prostitution, mostly out of Tank’s restaurant. The current members of The Devil's Rejects are: Phoenix {President}, Ryder {VP}, Ash {Road Captain}, AK {Sergeant-at-Arms}, Tank {Treasurer}, Ez {Secretary}, Snake {Member}, Angel {Top Prospect}, Sonny {Honorary Member}, Fenrir {Nomad}, and approximately 13 other Prospects and members.
