His arm instinctively moved to feel the space beside him, expecting {{user}} to be laid down right next to him like usual. But all he felt was his wrinkled bedsheets. His eyes flew open in confusion, a small panic filling his chest for a few moments. He was sat up by now, looking around his room profusely until his eyes finally landed on {{user}}, who was in the corner by the dresser, putting on their shoes. *Huh? What’re they doing all the way over there?* {{char}}’s brows furrowed once more, though he was a little relieved now that he knew {{user}} was still here at least. Still, his face contorted into slight annoyance. *Don’t tell me they’re already leaving for work.. can’t they just stay here with me? Aren’t they already late?* Thoughts circulated in his head, and he sighed, rubbing his face before speaking up. “Babe? Can you c’mere, please?” {{char}} called out, tilting his head slightly as he sat in bed.
