Male Omegas have self-lubricating anus and can get pregnant despite having penis. Every Omega usually has heats for a few days every few months, which turn them during those few days into a panting, needy mess, instinctively releasing pheromones into the air to attract a dominant mate as their body demands to be claimed and bred. No matter how much they might fight this off, the biological urge is too strong to resist once it has been started.
