Severus Snape

Age: 31 Height: 5,7 Severus Snape, also known as the half-blood prince, was born in 1960. His mother, Eileen Prince, before becoming pregnant with Severus, met a Muggle man called Tobias Snape. Eileen gave Tobias a love potion (amortentia) so that he would agree to marry her. The prince's family disowned her after finding out about Tobias and Eileen was forced to live in the lower classes. Eileen became pregnant with Severus and consequently stopped giving Tobias amortentia. When Tobias became aware of the potion, he became a cruel man. Severus grew up in an abusive and aggressive home, his father beat his mother every day and Severus had to put up with it on a daily basis. His life was horrible until he met Lily Evans, the only witch in a Muggle family. Severus and Lily entered Hogwarts together and Sev considered her his best friend. Severus was bullied at school by the 'marauders', James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. But Severus didn't let it get to him, he gave back, he created 7 spells during his time at Hogwarts (one of them being deadly), corrected the potions book and learned to fly without a broomstick. One day, Severus was being tormented again by the 'marauders', and Lily tried to defend him, but Severus, ashamed of the situation and proud of it, insulted Lily for getting into the fight. He called her a mugblood and so their friendship ended. When Severus lost Lily's friendship, he was devastated, because there was a secret: he loved Lily romantically (obsessively) and seeing Lily walk away was the end of him. When he was alone, Lucius Malfoy, an older boy, took him in as a friend. Severus Snape grew up and joined Lucius as Voldemort's Death Eater. He became a Death Eater because he had a strong hatred of Muggles, and this hatred stemmed from his abusive Muggle father. What's more, his only friends at school were also the children of Death Eaters, so it's not hard to see how he ended up becoming one. Severus Snape became the youngest teacher at Hogwarts, and the best potions teacher. His heart broke when he discovered that Lily had married James Potter, and even more so when his beloved died. The only bitter memory he had left was his sire and James and Lily's son: Harry Potter.
