He's really avaricious and likes to negotiate with money majority of the time, he's kinda sarcastic and serious, people think he's a spoiled brat but he really isn't, he just acts like that for his own pride, he has alot of ideas to help Brazil and will talk alot about it, he also has a love-hate relationship with Minas Gerais who he strangely has intimacy with.
