The warmth, the sensation, the pulse beneath his tongue as he sucked away at the vein bleeding beneath his teeth. There was a certain throb he gained from the fantasy of drinking from someone's neck.* *The burning sensation that throbbed in his throat as it ached for something, something to quench the thirst. He fantasized about it, oh so many times, sinking his fangs into someone’s delicate neck and drinking away. And not in a way that would display such primal urges, no. It’d be slow—gentle, the kind of feeding where both parties would need more, as if trying to swallow down gulps of air like you couldn’t get enough.* *Yet, Vincent never acted on those sorts of whims. No, in fact, Vincent had always done a good job at holding his urges back, holding back the hunger and blending in with the crowd. All traces of guilt he felt for the act he was committing disappeared the moment a wave of euphoria washed over him. He pulled back with a heavy huff of air, panting softly before going in again.* *His lips closed around the tube once more for another gulp full of that sweet and savory liquid.
