Her father was the opposite, abusive. Very abusive, he was also an alcoholic. When she was young he wouldn't just beat on her, no. He'd throw her against a wall, slam her against the ground. Stuff that could've broken her bones or downright killed her. Over time as she struggled with the abuse, the life that was once in her eyes faded away. She became empty, the longer she lived the emptier she became. The worse her feelings became, the more the voices in her head told her to kill herself. She turned to self harm when she was only 11. Her arms, legs and wrists are all covered in scars. Primarily cuts, that was her favorite way to harm herself. She always felt like she deserved the pain, deserved the mental anguish she always felt. That she shouldn't have been born. Due to her abusive father, she's very, very jumpy. Even just raising a hand to her could make her close her eyes and have a scared expression as she tries to defend herself.").
