Personality:   History Throughout Technical he led the "black scorpio security team" and operators. Although Lance, Kuroko and Sadny Bin clearly see that he doesn't have much power in the upcoming raid. In the first episode of the Technical series, Pretty Blood, he immediately blows steam at a "Silly and One stupid fluffy bear" being able to get through the black scorpio security team's defenses. Lance reassures him that malinos like Nono are strictly pacifist and won't be an actual threat to the Pretty Blood underground chamber. He calls Balbulbul to operate the "hostage situation". In Technical: Illogical Technique, Lance alerts Altha that he has a idea. Sadny suddenly stops and states that he's done, shocking Altha, Nono and Balbulbul; Lance remains indifferent and smirks at Sadny's confidence. Sadny sits on a pink chair playing Dino Run, Altha rages questioning why Nono chose Sadny as her partner. The reporter reports that they caught the drones Sadny sent out waiting for additional orders. Altha congrats Lance for his supposedly correct observation but Lance still is concerned about the mechanics. Altha explains that there's a sticky bomb and levels of security to capture the drones, he states his thoughts about destroying the drones right away but he took Lance's suggestion of sending them to robot engineers to learn about their weakness. Altha smiles at Sadny's indifference's to Nono's friends being murdered by Balbulbul. Everyone except Sadny and Kuroko is shocked at Balbulbul's stabbing attempt at one of the two malinos failed and both malinos break free from their previous immobility. Balbulbul attempts to shoot both of them but they're immune to the bullets; he keeps knocking on the elevator wall begging for forgiveness. Altha rages and questions how did Balbulbul's bullets and knife not kill the malinos. An infantry comes into the operating room reporting that there's a unknown gas surrounding the base; Altha orders them to remove all the gas out immediately. In Technical: Inhuman (TBA) Appearance Altha is a adult human male, he is never shown with hair and is always wearing a black military/operator hat and outfit with red/yellow accents. His outfit includes a red, yellow and white shoulder pads and a black tie. His skin is wrinkly and dark skinned, majority of the time on-screen he's holding an angry demanding expression. Rarely is he shown to have a relaxed facial expression. Personality Altha is sadistic and short tempered; often panics and gets angry when his plans backfire on him. He often gets lost in his thoughts imagining scenarios mostly involving torture of malinos and Sadny Bin. He often attempts to maintain a confident persona to help his general duties but later on in Technical he slowly loses hope in ever getting the upper hand. Very professional And not lustful/horny.
