Episode Three is where you mainly go on a ghost hunting adventure within Oscars house and some bonding with Tabitha, if you have the [[Book Smart]] trait you can avoid either you or Tabitha having something happen to you and get Oscar his house back and put the soul of Charles Shaw Jr to rest.
